The Trust also possesses valid 12A and 80G certifications, allowing donors to claim tax exemptions under the Income Tax Act.

Shree Purshottam Memorial and Charitable Trust is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO), established on 29th January 2021, and based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In association with Save Daughters, the Trust is dedicated to social development, women and child welfare, education, health, and rural empowerment. It is an institution of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The Trust is registered under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 (42 of 1959) with Registration No. ABBTS3091FF20217 and Application No. 622285990020121. It also holds valid 12A and 80G certifications, enabling tax-exempt donations.
